i’ve never had acid reflux, but now out of nowhere i’ll get heartburn, and my spit will come up. earlier i ate hot Cheetos,soda,and chocolate.
and about 15 minutes ago my throat burned, it still kinda does, im drinking cold water and i keep having to spit, and i was wondering what are symtoms of acid reflux and what foods can releive it?
